Refund Policy

Made-to-order items

Every product is made specifically for your order. Refunds are offered for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items only.

 

What qualifies

 

Clear manufacturing defects, print errors, wrong item, or wrong size received compared to the order confirmation.

What doesn’t qualify

Buyer’s remorse, wrong size or color choice, normal wear, or slight color/placement variation. Final-sale and personalized/custom items are not eligible.

Window to report

Report issues within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos to support@brainrotshirts.com. Claims outside this window may be denied.

Condition

Unworn and unwashed items only. Do not mail anything back until we approve the claim and provide return instructions.

Start a claim

Email Contact@brainrotshirts.com with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the packing slip

Approval & return instructions
If approved, we’ll send return or replacement instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. When a return is required, package the item securely and use a trackable method.

Exchanges

For eligible issues, a replacement of the same item is our default remedy. If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.

Refund method

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method for the item’s purchase price (shipping and taxes handled per local law). Processing times vary by bank.

Partial refunds

If an item is returned used, washed, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or decline the claim.

Bundles & gifts
For bundles, refunds apply to the affected item(s) only. Gift recipients may receive a replacement or credit to the original purchaser.

Non-receipt of returns
If a required return is not received, we can’t issue a refund or replacement.
